As a part of the city-wide spring clean-up, the City of Toronto will be taking abandoned bicycles off of the streets to keep bike parking available and the roads uncluttered. If you think that you have found a bicycle that looks abandoned — cracked frame, flat tires, missing parts, or has been chained to the same place for over a month — call 311 and provide the city with as many details as possible.  Those that are reported will be removed immediately unless the state of the bike is undetermined.
